Pulse door to shut off headlights
On vehicles that will automatically shut off the headlights if the switch is left on upon exiting the vehicle, it is necessary to pulse the door pin after shutdown if the customer operates the vehicle in this manner. This method will also shut off Autolights.

Otherwise just like autolights, the headlights will remain on indefinitely until the battery is dead.

Some vehicles will require multiple POCs programmed or a relay used to handle the extra current the circuit needs to trigger.
